Champ Foundation builds on the pioneering Heartflow pilots—voucher journeys that guide beneficiaries from the street to stability while keeping donors, NPOs, and communities aligned on a single story of transformation.

Each contribution attaches to a real person. Beneficiaries redeem vouchers at vetted partners for food, shelter, healthcare, or training as they move along the journey-to-dignity pathway.
